Steps:
- Press the POWER and WPS button about 10 seconds
- Connect the wifi to your Smartbro WiFi. It doesn’t have a password after the hard reset.
- Open your web browser.
- Type the IP address provided on the product manual (usually it’s 192.168.1.1) and then press ‘Enter’.
- Type your password (default password: smartbro). Click Login.
- Select Quick Settings, then click ‘Next’.
- It is optional to change the SSID (Service Set Identifier) to personalize device name, then click ‘Next’.
- Adding an Encryption Mode helps protect your internet connection from unauthorized users
- Select an Encryption Mode
- Select WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK
- Type desired password, then click ‘Next’.
- Click the Apply button to finish

Tried the hard reset many times – didn’t work. I was still getting “invalid username/password” error message 😦

You can connect then open the command line and type
Windows:
ipconfig /all
Mac / Linux
ifconfig
And look for the Default Gateway and use that IP

Thanks. But it still indicates 192.168.1.1. So still can’t connect to device.
